Vegetarian Food

Ingredients: Non Dairy Creamer, Sugar, Carrageenan, Soya Flavour. 

Recipe :
1pack Soft bean Curd Powder + 1000ml Water + 2000ml Soya Milk  + 50g Sugar (Sweetness according to own Preference)


Method:
1) Add Water, Soya Milk, and sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil 
2) Turn off the flame, add Soft Bean Curd Powder and mix thoroughly
3) Shimmer for 5 mins. Open Lid and remove excess bubble with a spoon
4) Pour in container. Wait for the mixture to cool and set before move into fridge for a few hours. 
5) Delicious chilled Dou Huay is ready to be served. 
Note: Soya milk must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. 

Note 2: For better taste, you may replace plain water with pandan water.
Note 3: You may also served the dou huay with canned longan.  Taste good  
 
快乐草软豆腐粉/ Serbuk Tau Huay Lembut / 冰豆玉 150g

素食

成分:非乳制奶精、糖、卡拉胶、大豆味。

食谱 :
1包软豆腐粉+1000ml水+2000ml豆浆+50g糖(甜度根据自己喜好)


方法:
1) 在锅中加入水、豆浆和糖。把它煮沸
2) 关火,加入腐乳粉拌匀
3)微光5分钟。打开盖子并用勺子去除多余的气泡
4)倒入容器中。等待混合物冷却并凝固,然后再放入冰箱几个小时。
5) 美味的冷冻豆花就可以上桌了。
注意:豆浆煮的时候一定要不停的搅拌,防止粘锅底。

注2:为了口感更好,你可以用香兰水代替白开水。
注3:您也可以将豆花与龙眼罐头一起上桌。味道不错
